On harvest day we bring all of the equipment needed to safely and swiftly dispatch your livestock, including our custom built, refrigerated trailer. Once the carcass has been appropriately prepared for transport we roll it into the trailer and head off to the processor. We welcome your presence and even your participation during the process. We would love to share the experience with you!
