Who We Are

The short version: 

We come to you, harvest your animal(s), and transport your meat to the processor.

The details: 

We'll work with you and your processor of choice (or help you find processing) to set up an appointment. On harvest day we bring all of the equipment needed to safely and swiftly dispatch your livestock, including our custom built, refrigerated trailer. Once the animal has been appropriately prepared for transport we roll it into the trailer and head off to the processor. We welcome your presence and even your participation during the process. We would love to share the experience with you!
